The Society of Larparoendoscopic Surgeon’s holds its annual scientific meeting with its minimally invasive surgery week, presenting the latest and greatest in minimally invasive surgery. As a recognized leader in minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Parviz Kavoussi was charged with the task to judge and review scientific abstracts for acceptance into the meeting. Dr. Kavoussi states, “This is a very important honor to be able to help shape the content of such an important technological meeting in the arena of minimally invasive surgery which has come such a long way over the years due to important research such as that presented at this meeting.”
