This place is amazing. My wife miscarried and they were so nice and friendly and helpful and so damn caring it’s amazing!!! This place go to if you can. We travel from Marble Falls and it’s worth every minute of the drive. We will continue to go here. Thank you to everyone at this place. Dr. Kavoussi is not only a brilliant doctor, but also one of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain even the most complex medical concepts in a way that made sense to us, ensuring we were always comfortable and informed. He never rushed through our appointments, making sure all of our concerns were addressed. His kindness and patience truly made a world of difference during this journey. Amy and Sarah are the kind of nurses you hope for in such a vulnerable experience. They were always there to answer every question, no matter how small or repetitive, and they never made me feel like a burden. Their empathy shone though in every interaction – celebrating our wins with genuine joy and offering heartfelt support during the tougher moments. Their care and compassion provided such a sense of comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. Ann is an absolute gem. Not only did she guide us through every financial option with clarity and understanding, but she also knew how to bring a smile to our faces. Even in the midst of serious discussions, she had a way of making us laugh and feel at ease. Her warmth and humor were exactly what we needed to navigate the financial side of IVF without feeling overwhelmed. The front staff ladies, though I wish I could remember all their names, what I’ll never forget is the warmth of their smiles every time I walked through the door.
