There are a great deal of misconceptions regarding male fertility, not only in the general public, but in the medical community. Dr. Kavoussi was invited to lecture at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School urology grand rounds. He spoke on the topic of male fertility myths debunked. “There is a great deal of knowledge that has been gained, in everything from the incidence of male infertility, to the standard of care and gold standard practices for evaluation and treatment of the subfertile male. It is important to share evidence based medicine with our colleagues to ensure we are providing the best care for our patients as a medical community”, states Kavoussi.
