I was treated by Total Men’s Health (TMH) several years ago. Everything seemed promising at first. But eventually, my blood work started sliding out of the normal range. Things were not right, and I could also feel it physically. TRT is something Total Men’s Health specializes in, and their Physician Assistant said my lab results were fine. I was concerned. This is an honest description of my experience with no exaggeration. Luckily, I switched to Dr. Kavoussi. He completely revised my treatment. My recent lab panels have been excellent. Back in normal range. I have a lot of energy at the gym, and I feel much better than when I was a patient of TMH. It could have just been the Physician Assistant I worked with. Their prescribed plan was too risky. I felt the impact physically. When we first met, I could tell Dr. Kavoussi was not impressed with the Total Men’s Health plan. And, he was alarmed by lab numbers I showed him. For TRT, I realized that working with an expert in the field like Dr. Kavoussi (and not a Physician Assistant) is essential for TRT. Dr. Kavoussi offers additional innovative (well-tested) options not offered at TMH. In addition, I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Kavoussi about any related concerns.

He took the time to explain even the most complex medical concepts in a way that made sense to us, ensuring we were always comfortable and informed. He never rushed through our appointments, making sure all of our concerns were addressed. His kindness and patience truly made a world of difference during this journey. Amy and Sarah are the kind of nurses you hope for in such a vulnerable experience. They were always there to answer every question, no matter how small or repetitive, and they never made me feel like a burden. Their empathy shone though in every interaction – celebrating our wins with genuine joy and offering heartfelt support during the tougher moments. Their care and compassion provided such a sense of comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. Ann is an absolute gem. Not only did she guide us through every financial option with clarity and understanding, but she also knew how to bring a smile to our faces. Even in the midst of serious discussions, she had a way of making us laugh and feel at ease. Her warmth and humor were exactly what we needed to navigate the financial side of IVF without feeling overwhelmed. The front staff ladies, though I wish I could remember all their names, what I’ll never forget is the warmth of their smiles every time I walked through the door. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and care for, and that meant the world during such an emotional time. This team has been nothing sort of amazing, and I am forever grateful for the care and compassion they’ve shown us.
